Ouch that's cold!! Although I have mixed feelings about food suplying to wildlife, I would say it totally makes sense in this case, survival wise. Besides, provides great birdwatching opportunities! 😉

I agree with you. As a rule, I help the birds when it's cold. In warm weather, they can find food themselves.
