Birdwatcher's Log : 02.11.24

in Feathered Friends24 days ago

Yesterday I decided to go to the forest to visit my feathered friends. We had snow, but the weather is warm.

In the company of Great Tits and Willow Tits I met a Azure Tit.

Great tits are certainly numerous. In the old cemetery they carefully examined everything in search of something edible.

Waxwings flew in large flocks above the trees.

Of course there were nuthatches, they were naturally in the forest.

Bullfinches are few. This tomato enjoyed the seeds of the box elder.

A white-backed woodpecker sat on a lonely tree in the middle of a field.

Of course, they were redpolls, they flew in small flocks.

Near the river I found traces of a beaver and one gnawed tree.

I met two jays. They were flying with each other and croaking.

There were long-tailed tits too.
