🦉 The great tit (Parus major)
- Parus (lat.) Tit
- major (lat.) large
These birds have long found a mate, and are currently building nests, or even hatching eggs. Of course, everything depends on the birds, high-ranking ones can begin to look for a mate in winter, as soon as the weather becomes slightly warmer, the male begins to sing.
This is one of the most numerous birds in the forests, so there is no problem in meeting them. Now they can be found on the ground. Usually in pairs they jump on last year's dry leaves in search of various insects or seeds. Trees are also inspected, especially where they have been broken.

They are such cute birds and you captured them very well. I love watching the birds caring for their young every year, it brings me great joy.
