🦉 The black kite (Milvus migrans)
- Milvus (lat) - kite
- migrans (lat.) - migrating
Now these birds can already be found everywhere. And in the forests, and by the river, and in city yards. They fly slowly and smoothly in search of food. In the forest they look for carrion, or in rare cases, rodents, and in the summer they will also hunt fledgling birds.
On the river, they fly over the water and try to catch fish, pulling them right from the surface of the water, if the fish, of course, swam too close.
Well, in the city they inspect garbage containers and garbage dumps for the presence of various edible waste. And they especially love pigeons crushed by cars.

It's not easy to photograph a bird in flight like that. Kudos for a good job
