Every spring, visiting the meadows outside the city, near the lake, I hear cuckoos. Cuckoos know their stuff, which is why they are here in the meadows. Indeed, many insectivorous birds live in these places, with which they lay eggs in their nests. Most often, here their victims are warblers, and stonechats.

Cuckoos react violently to the bait sound, but they fly by, and do not arrive at the sound. Therefore, it is rather difficult for me to take photos of these birds in the meadow. They always sit on thick and tall trees, and in the meadows there are only two such trees, and they are located far from each other, so I have to run back and forth after them.
