πŸ¦‰ The azure tit (Cyanistes cyanus)

πŸ“š Cyanistes kyaneos (Greek), cyaneus (Latin) dark blue
πŸ“š cyanus Greek: kyanos dark blue

An extremely rare species of tits. The books write that this species differs from the common blue tit in a more hidden way of life. Well, I completely agree, although blue tit does not live in my region.
Most often I met this lovely bird near water bodies. Each of our meetings was near the swamp, streams and rivers.

Her diet is the same as that of all other types of tits. In spring and summer, these are insects, pupae, caterpillars, larvae. And with the advent of autumn, they switch to vegetable food, seeds, nuts, and sometimes berries.
