Helping a little Friend…Even if you fall you‘ll stand up

in Feathered Friends3 years ago (edited)

Hello everyone!
I hope you‘re all doing great…

Today about 12 o’clock I suddenly heard a loud „Dong“ in my living room and I wondered what was going…
So I went downstairs and saw a poor little Hawfinch Laying on the ground in front of the door…
The poor guy flew against the glass door from the terrace.
Of course I helped him.
Luckily he wasn’t hurt too bad…He was just a little dizzy.
Meanwhile he was recovering I got the chance to take some photos with my phone while he was sitting on my finger…
That‘s actually a really strange feeling because you‘re not used to get that close to birds…

Luckily after a short time he was able to fly again…
So Happy End😃!

Well that‘s it again…thanks for reading and see you soon!

Ps: I was really surprised that he sat on my finger…
Have you ever had such an experience?
Feel free to tell me in the comments…

And if anyone is wondering: I crossed my arms because I wanted to get the best possible angle😂Luckily you don‘t need to autofocus with phones…otherwise this would have been a disaster

Oh, poor bird. Yes, he most likely had a traumatic brain injury. As a rule, at such moments, the bird just needs to be placed in a warm and cozy place, after a while the bird will recover and fly away. The main thing is not to give her water, as this will lead to cerebral edema.
