A veces no se necesita algo grande, con lujos y detalles, para crear momentos que se atesoran para siempre. Yo siempre digo que estamos hechos para socializar, cada quien a diferentes niveles; el socializar nos permite crecer y estar mejor en muchos aspectos. En mis estudios para chef en pastelería, ya me encuentro en la recta final y es normal que todo el grupo tenga sentimientos encontrados por el tiempo que se ha compartido. Como debíamos ir a clases a evaluar todos los detalles del examen final, aprovechamos a coordinar, hacer un pequeño compartir, hacer pizzas, cocteles y pasar el rato viendo fotos, videos y algunas cosas más.
Sometimes you don't need something big, with luxuries and details, to create moments that are treasured forever. I always say that we are made to socialize, everyone at different levels; socializing allows us to grow and be better in many aspects. In my studies to become a pastry chef, I am already in the final stretch and it is normal that the whole group has mixed feelings about the time that has been shared. As we had to go to class to evaluate all the details of the final exam, we took the opportunity to coordinate, make a little sharing, make pizzas, cocktails and spend time looking at photos, videos and some other things.
Cada vez que tenemos clases o nos reunimos, siempre hay que grabar un video de algo cómico, algún trend o lo que salga. Ya se volvió una costumbre y me culpan a mí que siempre ando alborotando la clase y quien me conoce sabe que no soy una persona tranquila, jajaja. Pero la verdad es que todo el grupo ya está afectado por tanto comer azúcar y decidimos grabar un video tipo los locos Adams, pero esta vez como Locos Pasteleros XD. Mi chef instructora es muy echadora de broma, le gusta el bochinche y estaba esperando el momento ideal para lanzar a todos un poco de harina.
Every time we have classes or get together, we always have to record a video of something funny, a trend or whatever comes out. It's become a habit and I'm blamed for always making a fuss in class and whoever knows me knows that I'm not a quiet person, hahaha. But the truth is that the whole group is already affected by so much sugar eating and we decided to record a video like the crazy Adams, but this time as Locos Pasteleros XD. My chef instructor is very funny, she likes to joke around and was waiting for the ideal moment to throw some flour on everyone.
Han sido dos años de muchas anécdotas, aunque yo me incorporé a este grupo en febrero de este año y pareciera que tengo con ellos todo el tiempo o, por lo menos, me han tratado muy bien. Tenemos la oportunidad de estudiar para chef de cocina salada y sin dudarnos, todo el grupo va a aprovechar la oportunidad de seguir creciendo en conocimientos. Capaz nadie quiere dejar que ese compartir entre amigos termine, pero lo cierto es que en la vida hay que seguir estudiando, eso es algo que nunca deberíamos dejar de hacer.

La pizza siempre es la mejor opción para comer en grupo y como personas que estamos en el área de gastronomía, nos gusta preparar todo, no nos gusta comprar la comida lista. Sí, a veces somos muy críticos con el tema de los sabores y las texturas, por eso decidimos mejor hacer todo nosotros jajaja. Es broma, la verdad que optamos por hacer las pizzas, porque realmente también nos divierte cocinar.
Pizza is always the best option to eat in a group and as people who are in the gastronomy area, we like to prepare everything, we don't like to buy ready-made food. Yes, sometimes we are very critical with the issue of flavors and textures, so we decided to do everything ourselves hahaha. Just kidding, the truth is that we chose to make the pizzas, because we really enjoy cooking too.
Entre risas, algunos ojos con lágrimas, otros con nivel de alcohol alto, otros con la barriga llena y demás, las 5 horas pasaron tan rápido, demostrando que lo importante era compartir, dejar atrás cualquier problema y despejar la mente. Vivir momentos y crear recuerdos es parte de la vida, pero realmente disfrutar hay que dejar todo prejuicio y esas cosas que nos impidan disfrutar de esos momentos. No podía faltar algún dulce, pero hicimos un panqué de limón, algo tradicional, porque de verdad estamos saturados de las cremas, pero un compartir sin postre, no es compartir.
Between laughter, some eyes with tears, others with high alcohol level, others with a full belly and so on, the 5 hours passed so fast, proving that the important thing was to share, leave behind any problem and clear the mind. Living moments and creating memories is part of life, but to really enjoy you have to leave all prejudice and those things that prevent us from enjoying those moments. We could not miss something sweet, but we made a lemon pancake, something traditional, because we are really saturated with creams, but sharing without dessert is not sharing.
Cada vez que tengas oportunidad de compartir con una o varias personas, por más sencillo que sea, desconéctate de todo y aprovecha el momento. Dejar el teléfono a un lado y permitirnos disfrutar de ese pequeño momento, es lo que hace que la pasemos bien, que podamos tener conversaciones, verse a la cara y demás cosas. Aparte del compartir, se logró finiquitar todos los detalles del examen final y ya solo queda esperar unos pocos días, que están cargados de nervios, pero todo el grupo va con la confianza de que todo saldrá bien.
Every time you have the opportunity to share with one or more people, no matter how simple it may be, disconnect from everything and take advantage of the moment. Putting the phone aside and allowing ourselves to enjoy that little moment is what makes us have a good time, have conversations, see each other's faces and so on. Apart from sharing, we managed to finalize all the details of the final exam and now we only have to wait a few days, which are full of nerves, but the whole group is confident that everything will go well.
Una de las compañeras de clase decía que no es fácil encontrar grupos de estudios tan unidos y de verdad que lo puedo certificar. He realizado muchos cursos, pero cuando entré en este grupo, personas con diferentes personalidades, pero con un corazón dispuesto siempre a apoyarse y eso hacía que cada clase fuera un momento especial y se convirtieran en el día favorito de la semana. No queda más que seguir atesorando estos momentos y esperar aquellos nuevos que nos permitan seguir creciendo y disfrutando de la vida.
One of the classmates said that it is not easy to find such close-knit study groups and I can truly attest to that. I have taken many courses, but when I joined this group, people with different personalities, but with a heart always ready to support each other and that made each class a special moment and became the favorite day of the week. We can only continue to treasure these moments and look forward to new ones that will allow us to continue to grow and enjoy life.
