Hello friends of Hive Calisthenics. This is my first post inside the community. My name is Emmanuel Mendoza, I'm 15 years old and I'm an athlete of the calisthenics club "Fortis Workout🦉".
Les mostraré algunas fotos de mi entrenamiento del día de ayer, este fue un día muy lindo. Había un clima demasiado ameno para entrenar, felizmente logré recuperar el geinger y girar mucho mejor el swing 360, entre otros trucos.
I will show you some pictures of my training yesterday, this was a very nice day. The weather was too nice to train, happily I managed to recover the geinger and turn much better the 360 swing among other tricks.
Luego de esto realicé algunos estáticos, los cuales fueron: parada de manos, straddle, front level y back level. Terminando con una pequeña rutina para reforzar los básicos con algunos ejercicios de tracción y empuje como muscle-ups, dominadas, fondos y flexiones.
Espero que esta nueva comunidad crezca. Muchas gracias por ver mi post.
After that I performed some static ones, which were: handstand, straddle, front level and back level. Finishing with a small routine to reinforce the basics with some pulling and pushing exercises such as muscle-ups, pull-ups, dips and push-ups.
I hope this new community will grow. Thank you very much for seeing my post.
