Intermittent fasting works well if you want to add that in to your routine. Going over 18 hours or more without eating helps.
It sounds like you are on the right track with a keto type of meal plan that cuts out the starches and sugars. Good luck on your continued progress. 😀
I'll keep intermittent fasting in mind, I'll have to look for info. The one I've been curious about is the keto eating plan, I'll look into it more, I think I'm on the right track. Thank you so much for your good wishes.
