Hello, hive and swc friends, today I'm here to show you my workout from yesterday. The truth is I'm really excited because I can now do hefestos again. 🥹❤️🔥🦾
It's been several weeks since my elbow dislocation, and I've been improving a lot, as you have no idea. Thank God I can do supras 180 and hefestos without any discomfort. At first I did feel a lot of tension in the biceps tendon to do even supine pull-ups, but I've trained hard and I've seen a lot of improvement in my arm. ❤️🩹🦾
As for flying tricks, I can do my freestyle well now, thank God. This afternoon I have to train freestyle for a while and I'll see how my elbow reacts to some tricks, but the truth is I already feel very good to do dynamic ones. I'll try to try Supras 500, some attempts at front flip regrab among others, but be careful always above all. ❤️🩹🦾
Now I'll tell you more about how my improvement has been with this injury. All these days I've been doing a lot of basic strengthening exercises, but mostly with pushing. Those exercises have always been my weakness, but I'm still working hard to recover as much as possible again. Isometric exercises have also helped me a lot, especially with weights, since I greatly strengthen the stabilizing muscles of the elbow, and thanks to this I can do my push-ups again. ❤️🩹🦾❤️🔥
Well, friends, soon I will continue to show you how my elbow will continue to improve, because I have also been going to a physical therapist and the truth is that I feel good improvements thanks to him.
