📌hacer 10 dominadas por 1 es decir 10 x 1 min, los minutos serán repetidos por 5 veces, en conclusión 10x5= 50 dominas por minuto
📌hacer 10 fondos por minuto los mismo que las dominadas 🔱
📌hacer 10 Flexiones en diamante por minuto al igual que dominadas y en fondos
📌toda la rutina hacer 2 series, tanto en dominas, fondos y Flexiones
