I do wonder what it would feel like to be working alone. I have always worked in project environments where I work with a team that eventually gets disbanded and other teams form. It rings some new every time, new challenges and opportunities. But it involves dealing with people and that involves a particular approach.
The same approach could be used within the family though. Empowering young people do do things and helping them by creating some energy is a great way to get young people to achieve more.
That's right. The concept of energising and empowering doesn't need to be confined into the traditional teams. As you have mentioned, it is equally important in other kinds of interpersonal relationship.
