You retold this story so well that I imagined the entire plot along with the expressions in my head.
It was very brave and bold of you to take that initiative to speak up and try to bring order to the class and the election process. The beauty of experience is that growth always comes from it and a lot of times we have another chance to do even better than our last attempt.
It seems to me you did well under those circumstances and it’s cool that your efforts were recognized. I get that you want to be the invisible one and why (based on what you explained in this post) but it seems that leader in you won’t let you stay invisible for too long. You can humbly handle yourself as you lead and do it with grace and kindness but denying that leader in you may not work out much longer. 😉
I guess maybe I'm born to lead. But I've made a lot of terrible mistakes and been in a lot of negative spotlights, it's like a defence mechanism to ensure I remain hidden instead of messing things up.
But I'm learning each day and trying to be a better version of myself at each turn so I guess we'll just have to keep watching. Thank you, dearest Crosheille. You're far too kind with your words.🤗
It’s good you’re on watch and want to make sure you don’t make those same mistakes you’ve experienced, but that’s the beauty of learning and growth. Instead of letting our past hold us back from something that is meant for us, we can use the memory of those past mistakes as a motivator to be better and excel in the next round.
It’s a pleasure talking with you ~ 😘
