I know how it feels when you go out of your way to teach someone something, hopeful that they would make good use of the knowledge but they turn around and rubbish your effort. It hurts to the marrows so I can relate.
We are so alike. I do not find it difficult to say sorry but I only say it when I know I sincerely mean it. I don't just say it for peace to reign.
True. I don't enjoy saying sorry just because I want peace to reign. I enjoy peace, but I want to earn that peace and it is usually earned by being capable of facing situations head-on to call out disgusting behaviors especially when it's being done by people who I associate with regularly.
Some of those people I onboarded messed up the opportunity and everything I did would have been a wasted effort. Thankfully, there are a few of the people I onboarded and they have been thriving.
