Hola!!! soy Inés, estoy muy animada de crear este blog, hace un tiempo que quería hacerlo pero no sabía exactamente cómo ni conocía esta plataforma. Me parece un éxito haber podido empezar acá y poder compartirles algo de mí, de lo que me gusta, mis experiencias y conocimiento.

Soy una persona creativa, me encantan los nuevos proyectos y metas, me gusta variar y aprender cosas nuevas. Crear cosas con mis manos es algo que desde pequeña me he animado a hacer y que me llena de felicidad, poder materializar una idea es una maravilla! Me gustan las manualidades, cocinar, escribir, diseñar, decorar…
Poder llevar a cabo tantas cosas no siempre es posible pero ahora que me he empeñado en aprender a gestionar mejor mi tiempo y organizarme, me siento con más libertad de hacer las cosas que me gustan.
I am a creative person, I love new projects and goals, I like to vary and learn new things. Creating things with my hands is something that since I was a child I have been encouraged to do and that fills me with happiness, being able to materialize an idea is wonderful! I like crafts, cooking, writing, designing, decorating... Being able to carry out so many things is not always possible but now that I have insisted on learning to better manage my time and organize myself, I feel more free to do the things I like.
Uno de mis lemas desde hace poco es simplifica y triunfarás!!! Me tocó aprenderlo, pues me encantaba complicarme la vida agregando adornos y tareas que realmente no eran necesarias. Una de mis ocupaciones es ser ama de casa. Como ama de casa trato de simplificar cada día y delegar tareas en mis hijos y mi esposo. También he aprendido a disfrutar haciendo lo que me gusta mientras hago mis tareas del hogar y ha resultado todo un mundo de tantas cosas maravillosas! tanto que aprender! Y tanto para crear! que quedé enamorada. No les voy a negar que hay momentos en donde me he sentido abrumada y me he preguntado si realmente vale la pena, pero saben algo? Descubrí que eso me sucede cuando me olvido de mi, de nutrir mi alma y cuidarme; así que de esa experiencia también aprendí mucho. Podemos lograr agregar brillo y color a lo que hacemos y disfrutarlo dándole nuestro toque personal, sin olvidar ser equilibrados y moderados para no recargar nuestras vidas y terminar odiando lo que hacemos.
Leer, estudiar, encargarme de mi cuidado personal, ejercitarme, bailar, estar saludable disfrutando de lo natural, escribir en mi diario, divertirme con mi familia y amigos son actividades que nutren mi alma y las disfruto mucho. También me gusta tener tiempo para estar sola y meditar, por eso tengo la meta de levantarme muy temprano antes de que todos lo hagan, para así poder disfrutar de mi tiempo a solas y a la vez lograr tener un día más productivo.
One of my mottos recently is simplify and you will succeed!!! I had to learn it, because I loved to complicate my life by adding ornaments and tasks that were not really necessary. One of my occupations is being a housewife. As a housewife I try to simplify each day and delegate tasks to my children and my husband. I have also learned to enjoy doing what I love while doing my housework and it has turned out to be a whole world of so many wonderful things!so much to learn! And so much to create! that I fell in love. I will not deny that there are times when I have been overwhelmed and I have wondered if it is really worth it, but do you know something? I discovered that this happens to me when I forget about myself, to nourish my soul and take care of myself; so from that experience I also learned a lot. We can add brightness and color to what we do and enjoy it by giving it our personal touch, without forgetting to be balanced and moderate so as not to overload our lives and end up hating what we do. Reading, studying, taking care of my personal care, exercising, dancing, being healthy enjoying nature, writing in my journal, having fun with my family and friends are activities that nourish my soul and I enjoy them a lot. Soy miembro de la Iglesia de Jesucristo de los Santos de los últimos días y para mi es la razón de tantas bendiciones en mi vida. Cada domingo al asistir me fortalezco mucho. Durante la pandemia dejé de asistir, obviamente porque las reuniones ya no podían ser presenciales, fue un momento difícil sin embargo nos mantuvimos conectados de manera virtual. Ahora que volvieron las reuniones presenciales puedo decirles que al regresar sentí fuertemente en mi corazón esa calidez como cuando regresas a tu hogar lo cual reafirma mi convicción de que estoy en el camino correcto.
Soy Venezolana , valenciana para ser más específica. Mamá de tres hermosos hijos, esposa de un hombre maravilloso multiapasionada y emprendedora. Mi segundo nombre: “Belén” se lo debo a mi abuela materna Ana Belén quien estuvo presente en gran parte de mi crianza lo cual le agradezco mucho! a ella le debo mi aprendizaje de lectoescritura, la inclinación por comer saludable, las muchas historias de lucha y fortaleza que ella misma vivió tras haber quedado huérfana siendo aún una niña, y su ejemplo como madre, ama de casa dedicada y amorosa.
I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and for me it is the reason for so many blessings in my life. Every Sunday by attending I get very strong. During the pandemic I stopped attending, obviously because the meetings could no longer be face-to-face, it was a difficult moment, however we remained connected in a virtual way. I owe her my literacy learning, my penchant for healthy eating, the many stories of struggle and strength she lived through after being orphaned as a child, and her example as a mother, a dedicated and loving homemaker.
Lo de emprendedora se lo debo a mi abuelo Rafael Arturo. Mi abuelo sí que supo motivarme y hacerme sentir segura de mi potencial. Nos regalaba su amor y cariño, a su manera, con sus elogios, su canto, enseñanzas de historia de Venezuela (nos aburría mucho pero ahora se lo agradezco y recuerdo con mucho cariño) también nos enseñaba ejercicios de respiración y otros ejercicios que me recuerdan ahora al yoga. La buena combinación de los alimentos era algo de lo que nos hablaba frecuentemente y OJO!!! Que ni se te ocurriera mezclar tomate con limón!!! Mi abuelo nos decía que era la peor combinación! Que era VENENO!
Todos los domingos no faltaba la bolsa de chucherías jajaja nos la traía de su bodega, la cual cuando visitábamos nos sentíamos como en una casa de dulces. La foto a continuación es de mi abuelo Rafael.
I owe the entrepreneurial thing to my grandfather Rafael Arturo. My grandfather did know how to motivate me and make me feel confident of my potential. Mi primer emprendimiento fue a la edad de 11 años. Como les comenté me inicié en este mundo gracias a mi abuelo Rafael, cada vez que yo hacía algo con mis manos como bisuterías, lazos o cualquier invento, él me lo aplaudía, sus palabras eran las del mejor mentor y coach! Y me animó a iniciar mi primer emprendimiento. Me enseñó el arte de la venta, el concepto de capital, inversión, ganancia y así fui aprendiendo. Cerca de donde vivíamos había una fábrica de ropa interior colombiana, así que decidí comprar al mayor ropa interior para comercializar. El dinero para empezar mi negocio me lo regaló mi abuelo. Puedo decir que para mi fue el mejor regalo, ya que aprendí a no tenerle miedo a emprender, ser independiente, proactiva y creer en mí.
El más grande emprendimiento que he podido realizar y el que me hizo sentir más valiente es el de ser mamá. Estoy agradecida a Dios de poder vivir la experiencia de ser mamá de tres hijos maravillosos cada uno diferente y único. Es un reto que asumo con todo mi amor y que me hace muy feliz. Decidí disfrutar cada momento con ellos y ser una mamá de tiempo completo. Lograr tener tiempo de calidad con ellos entre tantas actividades a veces se hace complicado pero decidí encontrar y dominar la manera de hacerlo y nunca me rendiré.
My first venture was at the age of 11. As I mentioned, I started in this world thanks to my grandfather Rafael, every time I did something with my hands such as jewelry, ribbons or any invention, he applauded it, his words were those of the best mentor and coach! And he encouraged me to start my first venture. He taught me the art of selling, the concept of capital, investment, profit, and that's how I learned. Near where we lived there was a Colombian underwear factory, so I decided to buy the biggest underwear to market. The money to start my business was given to me by my grandfather. I can say that for me it was the best gift, since I learned not to be afraid to undertake, be independent, proactive and believe in myself. The greatest endeavor that I have been able to carry out and the one that made me feel the most courageous is being a mother. I am grateful to God to be able to live the experience of being a mother of three wonderful children, each one different and unique. It is a challenge that I take on with all my love and that makes me very happy. I decided to enjoy every moment with them and be a full-time mom. Getting quality time with them between so many activities is sometimes difficult but I decided to find and master the way to do it and I will never give up.
Es por ello que mi trabajo lo hago desde casa, y he logrado acercarme a mi estilo de vida ideal descubriendo, experimentando y esculpiendo poco a poco la figura ideal que reúne lo que me gusta hacer, lo que me da bienestar, lo que permite estar con mis hijos y crecer como persona.
No ha sido fácil pues como les dije me considero multiapasionada ... y el detalle con eso es que te gustan tantas cosas que encontrar el enfoque y equilibrio se hace bastante difícil. Por mucho tiempo estuve buscando mi pasión, y la frustración era tal! pues no hallaba con aquella ocupación, carrera o profesión que diera con mis diferentes inclinaciones y pasiones. Intenté estudiar dos carreras: derecho y luego educación comercial pero no sentí que era lo mío. Luego estudié cocina internacional y me gustó, de hecho hace poco me dediqué a trabajar en el mundo de la repostería.

Lo disfruté y aprendí mucho, sin embargo no sentía que había encontrado aquello a lo que quería dedicarme el resto de mi vida. Resultó ser muy agotador para mí y complicado al tratar de llevar el equilibrio entre mis diferentes roles. Aunque me encanta cocinar no es lo mismo hacerlo para ti que hacerlo para la venta, adicional a eso me di cuenta que me había descuidado en mis hábitos saludables, que mis hijos no paraban de comer dulce al igual mi esposo, y el desgaste físico era fuerte.
I enjoyed it and learned a lot, however I did not feel that I had found what I wanted to dedicate myself to for the rest of my life. It turned out to be very exhausting for me and difficult trying to balance my different roles. Although I love to cook, it is not the same to do it for you than to do it for sale, in addition to that I realized that I had neglected my healthy habits, that my children did not stop eating sweets like my husband, and the physical wear was strong.
Fue un tiempo de mucho meditar, buscar, orar, leer, hacer test vocacionales e investigar… más tarde descubrí que mi problema no era encontrar lo que me gustaba hacer porque realmente si sabía qué me gustaba hacer, y eran muchas cosas! Yo debía aprender a reconocer cuál de ellas tomaría para mi emprendimiento, y cual sería perfecta como hobbie, algunas otras podrían formar parte de mi desempeño como ama de casa, mamá, esposa y miembro de la iglesia.
Finalmente decidí que el determinante para definir a qué me dedicaría de una vez por todas sería aquello que me permitiera estar con mis hijos y tener calidad de vida, algo que se apegara a mis valores y mi visión a largo plazo. También era importante para mí hacer algo que me simplificara la vida y no algo que me complicara... De esa manera fue mas sencillo ir descartando e ir encontrando aquello que se ajustara a mis roles como madre y ama de casa.
It was a time of a lot of meditating, searching, praying, reading, taking vocational tests and researching… later I discovered that my problem was not finding what I liked to do because I really did know what I liked to do, and there were many things! I had to learn to recognize which of them I would take for my entrepreneurship, and which would be perfect as a hobby, some others could be part of my performance as a housewife, mother, wife and member of the church. Finally I decided that the determining factor to define what I would dedicate myself to once and for all would be what would allow me to be with my children and have a quality of life, something that would adhere to my values and my long-term vision. It was also important for me to do something that would simplify my life and not something that would complicate me ... That way it was easier to discard and find what would fit my roles as mother and housewife.
Actualmente trabajo en un emprendimiento que me encanta, encierra mucho de lo que me gusta, me permite sentirme bien, cuidar de mi salud y la de mi familia, trabajo desde casa, puedo ser madre de tiempo completo y como persona me invita a crecer cada día. Trabajo con aceites esenciales en la industria del network marketing. Ahora también me dedico a desarrollar este blog lo cual me llena de mucha ilusión pues me gusta escribir y poder compartirles de mis experiencias y aprendizaje como mamá, ama de casa y emprendedora.
Termino compartiendo con ustedes algo que escuchamos muchas veces decir por allí, pero que lastimosamente tardamos en comprender:” Vive un día a la vez y disfruta el presente”, no necesitamos esperar a haber alcanzado la meta por la que estamos trabajando para poder ser felices, podemos serlo justo ahora. Ahorita que escribo estas palabras puedo decir que me siento feliz porque luego de pensar, escribir, borrar y pensar de nuevo, siento que logré plasmar gran parte de mi esencia. El comprender este maravilloso principio te hace sentir una paz increíble porque te das cuenta que la vida no es andar de prisa luchando por alcanzar un fin sin siquiera ver a los lados, sino mas bien consiste en disfrutar cada momento, trabajando constantemente por tus sueños sin desperdiciar cada experiencia: los errores, las paradas, las dificultades, la gente que te encuentras y los regalos que vienen de Dios; viendo cada meta como un medio para seguir tras la siguiente, y no como un fin; viviendo cada día como quieres que sea el resto de tu vida, porque como dijo el Elder Dieter Uchtdorf: “Toda tu vida tiene la forma de un día”.

Inés, me encanta tu presentación y que decideras crear aquí tu blog y compartir tus experiencias y talentos. A veces nos toma tiempo encontrar un balance entre los laboral y el hogar y me alegra saber que lo has encontrado y te estés dedicando a esas cosas que te gustan hacer.
