Hola queridos Hivers! Reciban de mi parte un enorme saludo cordial, cargado de mucha alegría y entusiasmo, por ser esta mi primera publicación para toda la comunidad HIVE. Y como es la costumbre, en este escrito quiero hacer mi presentación para conocernos un poco más, a medida que vayan leyendo mis publicaciones e interactuando en los comentarios.

Mi nombre es Lexys Sánchez; nací un 2 de diciembre; de signo Sagitario; tengo 42 años; soy madre de dos (2) hermosas princesas; mi profesión es la docencia; mi color favorito es el azul y mi comida favorita es el pollo en todas sus presentaciones. Me encantan las películas de terror y las de comedia. Soy de pocas amistades y de muchos conocidos; sin embargo, eso no me limita a ayudar cuando me lo solicitan. Actualmente estoy aprendiendo algunos oficios que me ayuden como emprendimiento económico; resido en la hermosa ciudad de los vientos… Santa Ana de Coro, Estado Falcón.

Vengo de una humilde familia, siendo mi madre el pilar fundamental de ella. En cuanto a mi padre, su presencia no fue muy constante durante mi infancia, pero sí prevaleció de alguna manera hasta la actualidad. Tengo muchos hermanos y hermanas. Por parte de mi mamá, tengo una hermana mayor, quien no se crió con nosotros sino con mis abuelos. Por parte de mi papá, tendría que volver a sacar la cuenta, pero según él somos once en total. Y a la mayoría de ellos los conozco.

En cuanto a mi núcleo familiar, somos 4 hermanos: dos caballeros y dos bellas damas. Cada uno con características y afinidades particulares, pero que siempre nos hemos mantenido unidos tanto en las buenas como en las no tan buenas. Mi mamá siempre nos inculcó desde pequeños el ayudarnos mutuamente, aunque tuviésemos diferencias y eso nos ha fortalecido como familia.

Hoy en día ya cada quién ha formado su propia familia, ampliando con ello el número de integrantes.

Desde pequeña me ha gustado mucho la lectura y los estudios académicos. Cuando cursé el tercer grado de Educación Básica, gané un Concurso de Comprensión Lectora que hicieron en mi escuela. Fueron mis primeros 50bs. que ganaba en mi vida. Recuerdo que mi mamá se sintió muy orgullosa por mi mérito y siempre me relataba una anécdota de cuando era más pequeña; que ella le estaba enseñando a leer a mis dos hermanos mayores y una vez estando en el carro, escuchó una vocecita deletreando A-BAS-TO… Cuando volteó a ver quién de sus 3 hijos lo había dicho con tanta claridad, se asombró al ver que era yo, la más pequeña de todos en ese entonces. Realmente no recuerdo esa historia, estaba muy pequeña, pero mi mamá sí lo recuerda claramente.

Lo que sí recuerdo de pequeña, era que a veces me escapaba de clases para ir a la biblioteca de la escuela o la de la comunidad y leer los libros de cuentos, poemas y las grandes enciclopedias con esas imágenes tan asombrosas.

Y así pasó el tiempo, y me gradué en bachillerato con buenas calificaciones. Fui egresada en la I Promoción en Técnico Medio en Administración, mención Informática, en el año 1999. Me seleccionaron como segundo mejor promedio, para dar las palabras de Agradecimiento. Luego de ello, estuve un año trabajando como secretaria, mientras salía mi cupo en la universidad, para estudiar lo que quería: ser analista de sistema.

Nunca ofertaron esa carrera, así que me decidí estudiar otra de mis profesiones favoritas: la docencia. Es así como estudié en la Universidad Nacional Experimental “Francisco de Miranda” (UNEFM) la Licenciatura en Educación en Lengua, mención: Lengua, Literatura y Latín, egresando en el año 2005.

A partir de mayo de 2006 empecé a trabajar como docente contratada, en la UNEFM y fue en el año 2008 cuando gané por Concurso de Oposición mi nombramiento como Personal Ordinario.

Desde esa fecha, me he desempeñado como docente en el Departamento de Prácticas Profesionales. Ayudando en el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje a los futuros profesores de Castellano. No me considero una experta, pues cada día aprendo algo nuevo. Y aún más, me encanta ser partícipe en la formación de estos nuevos docentes, observando las fortalezas de cada uno de ellos y viendo cómo van superándose a sí mismos para ser cada día mejores personas y mejores docentes.

Además de la docencia, he participado en otras actividades de extensión y producción, en donde la UNEFM se vincula con la comunidad, a manera de Servicio Comunitario. De igual manera, he sido Delegada de Área para la Caja de Ahorros de la UNEFM.

Todas estas actividades las he realizado en lo que van estos 15 años perteneciendo a la familia UNEFM. Es por esto que siento algo de nostalgia mientras les escribo estas líneas, puesto que hoy en día muchas de estas cosas han cambiado, lamentablemente.

En cuanto a mi vida personal, desde hace más de 10 años tengo una relación sentimental con el padre de mis niñas. No ha sido una relación color rosa, como nos la pintan siempre en la televisión, pero ahí vamos. Hemos tenido nuestros altos y nuestros bajos, como cualquier relación. Nos hemos distanciado y hemos vuelto a comenzar, y aunque la relación ya no es la misma, siento que de alguna manera hemos madurado. No sé realmente qué nos deparará el destino, pero lo que sí puedo decir es que le doy gracias a la vida por tenerte a mi lado, porque de esta relación nacieron mis princesas hermosas.

Y les debo confesar, que al principio no me veía como una “mamá”; es decir, eso de tener hijos, consideraba que no era lo mío. Yo quería ser una soltera sin compromisos para poder viajar y conocer toda Venezuela, participando en eventos científicos, representando a la UNEFM como investigadora. Y tal vez lo hubiese hecho, pero de repente, así de la nada, me dio por querer tener una familia, formar mi propia familia. No es que no me gustaran los niños, era que desde siempre había considerado que ser padres es una gran responsabilidad y de repente quise para mi vida tener esa experiencia de ser mamá. Así que nos planificamos para tener a mi hermosa princesa que trae alegrías.

Y así fue que un 22 de octubre de 2012, nació Sara Beatriz. Durante el embarazo todo estuvo bien, con mis cuidados y el control prenatal con el médico gineco-obstetra. Sin embargo, el día pautado para la cesárea, me estresé mucho por situaciones ajenas a mí, haciendo con ello que la bebé por un momento no le llegara oxígeno y se hiciera pupú aun estando dentro. Esto no lo supe en el momento, sino que el médico me lo comentó luego, pero de una forma normal, como para que no me preocupara por ello.

Pasaron los meses y mi mamá notó algo extraño en el comportamiento de mi bebé. Yo no sabía, pues era primeriza, así que para mí era normal esos berrinches o formas de organizar tan perfectas las cosas; también el hecho de mover sus manos apresuradamente cuando estaba muy emocionada, o el comportarse cerrada en sitios nuevos o con personas nuevas. Hasta que mi mamá me sugirió que la llevase con un neuropediatra, para que la revisara y descartara cualquier cosa. Se hicieron los estudios respectivos con los especialistas y se determinó en mi niña una condición de tipo TEA nivel leve, que con las terapias y estímulos respectivos se le daría tanto a ella como a nosotros sus padres, las herramientas para actuar. Esto se le diagnosticó teniendo ella 4 años.

Ya Sara Beatriz hoy día tiene 9 años y es una niña además de hermosa, inteligente y aplicada en sus estudios. Aún se mantiene con sus terapias de lenguaje, lo que la ha ayudado muchísimo no sólo en la pronunciación adecuada de las palabras, sino también en la atención y memoria dentro del lenguaje. Aparte de ayudarla también en la socialización de sus emociones.

También tengo a mi otra princesita, bendecida por Dios… Samara Elena, quien desde hace más de 4 años llegó de pronto a nuestras vidas, para complementar la dicha y aprendizaje de ser padres. Como todos los hijos, ellas son distintas, y como todas las hermanas, se pelean y vuelven a juntarse. Las amo muchísimo.

En cuanto a mis pasatiempos o afinidades, les comento que de vez en cuando me gusta mucho escribir cuentos y poemas. Tengo ya varios en mi repertorio, así que será un placer compartirlos con ustedes.

Mi mascota preferida son los gatos. En mi haber he tenido unos cuatro o cinco gatitos a mi cargo. El de la foto que les presento se llamaba Cuzco. Fue mi mascota antes de tener a mis niñas. Ya luego de él, no he tenido más gatos. En parte por mis niñas, que aún están pequeñas para saber que a veces a los gatos no les gusta que los niños los agarren; y por otra parte, a mi pareja no le gusta mucho los gatos. Sin embargo, en estos días llegó un gato de la callé y me sorprendió que le diera comida y agua. Pasaron los días y siguió alimentándolo, así que en calidad de chiste le comenté que debía colocarle un nombre a su gato, sorpresa para mí que hizo caso y le llamó Tom. Mis niñas están contentas con esta nueva mascota.

Me gusta mucho la naturaleza, los paseos, conocer nuevos lugares y personas. Sobre todo, conocer las maravillas que tiene mi Estado Falcón y toda Venezuela. En fin, aprender cada día algo nuevo. Ponerlo en práctica y compartirlo con mis seres queridos.

Entre los proyectos que tengo en mente, está el seguir formándome para aprender a ser trader en criptomonedas. Es una profesión que me llama la atención. Sé que requiere de dedicación y tiempo para ser rentable y perder dinero cada vez menos. Pero me gusta y quiero lograrlo. Mientras tanto, sigo viendo videos y participando en talleres y charlas de trades más experimentados.

Además, quiero aprender a preparar conservas y mermeladas de frutas para vender. También aprender a preparar jarabes medicinales, ya que hoy en día la salud es el tesoro más valioso que podemos tener. De todas maneras, les estaré comentando por este medio lo que aprenderé para hacer y ponerme a vender, para ganarme un dinerito y así complementar mi sueldo de docente venezolana.

Mis expectativas respecto a formar parte de esta grandiosa Comunidad como lo es HIVE, son muchísimas. Sobre todo, conocer nuevas personas y compartir con todos ustedes. Sé que tengo muchas cosas para aportar, para contribuir, para colaborar, ya sea con las publicaciones o con los comentarios, ya sea en las curaciones o participando en concursos… en fin, tengo muchas expectativas y sé que con el tiempo se van a ir concretando.

No me considero una experta en tal o cual tema, pero sí me gustaría mucho aportar mi visión, mi experiencia en cuanto a ciertos temas como lo son en la educación, en la hermosa labor de ser madre, en las artes literarias, en hacer turismo de aventura, entre otros tantos temas que se me pueden ocurrir y que me apasionan.

En cuanto a los medios de comunicación por los que más interactúo, les puedo comentar que las Redes Sociales las he usado más que todo, como medio de información unidireccional. Para estar informada de lo que acontece en mi círculo social, el país y las noticias internacionales; siendo más específica: lo que publican mis amigos y personas afines. Pero esta vez quiero ser un poco más activa en algunas de mis redes sociales, expresándome también a través de ellas y es mi deseo compartirlo con ustedes, siendo recíproca esa comunicación. My HIVE debut… Lexys Sánchez [ENG][SPA]

Hello dear Hivers! Receive from me an enormous cordial greeting, full of joy and enthusiasm, for this is my first publication for the entire HIVE community. And as usual, in this writing I would like to introduce myself so that we can get to know each other a little better, as you read my publications and interact in the comments.

My name is Lexys Sanchez; I was born on December 2nd; I am a Sagittarius; I am 42 years old; I am the mother of two (2) beautiful princesses; my profession is teaching; my favorite color is blue and my favorite food is chicken in all its presentations. I love horror movies and comedy movies. I have few friends and many acquaintances; however, that does not limit me to help when I am asked to do so. I am currently learning some trades that will help me as an economic enterprise; I live in the beautiful city of the winds... Santa Ana de Coro, Falcon State.

I come from a humble family, my mother being the fundamental pillar of it. As for my father, his presence was not very constant during my childhood, but he was somehow prevalent until today. I have many brothers and sisters. On my mom's side, I have an older sister, who did not grow up with us but with my grandparents. On my dad's side, I'd have to do the math again, but according to him there are eleven of us in total. And most of them I know.

As for my family nucleus, we are 4 siblings: two gentlemen and two beautiful ladies. Each one with particular characteristics and affinities, but we have always remained united in good times and not so good times. My mother always instilled in us from an early age to help each other, even if we had differences and that has strengthened us as a family.

Today, everyone has formed their own family, thus increasing the number of members.

Ever since I was a child, I have loved reading and academic studies. When I was in the third grade of elementary school, I won a Reading Comprehension Contest at my school. It was my first 50bs. that I won in my life. I remember that my mom was very proud of my merit and always told me an anecdote from when I was younger; that she was teaching my two older brothers to read and once when she was in the car, she heard a little voice spelling A-BAS-TO... When she turned to see which of her 3 children had said it so clearly, she was amazed to see that it was me, the youngest of them all at that time. I don't really remember that story, I was too little, but my mom remembers it clearly.

What I do remember as a child, was that sometimes I would sneak out of class to go to the school library or the community library and read the story books, poems and the big encyclopedias with those amazing pictures.

And so time went by, and I graduated from high school with good grades. I was graduated in the I Promotion in the Medium Technician in Administration, mention in Computer Science, in the year 1999. I was selected as the second best average, to give the words of gratitude. After that, I spent a year working as a secretary, while I got my place in the university, to study what I wanted: to be a system analyst.

They never offered that career, so I decided to study another of my favorite professions: teaching. That is how I studied at the Universidad Nacional Experimental "Francisco de Miranda" (UNEFM) the Bachelor of Education in Language, mention: Language, Literature and Latin, graduating in 2005.

In May 2006 I started working as a contracted teacher at the UNEFM and it was in 2008 when I won my appointment as Regular Staff through a competitive examination.

Since then, I have worked as a teacher in the Department of Professional Practices. Helping in the teaching-learning process to future teachers of Spanish. I do not consider myself an expert, because every day I learn something new. And even more, I love to be part of the formation of these new teachers, observing the strengths of each one of them and seeing how they are improving themselves to be better people and better teachers every day.

In addition to teaching, I have participated in other extension and production activities, where UNEFM is linked to the community, as a Community Service. Likewise, I have been Area Delegate for the UNEFM Savings Bank.

All these activities have been carried out during these 15 years belonging to the UNEFM family. That is why I feel some nostalgia while I write these lines, since today many of these things have changed, unfortunately.

As for my personal life, I have been in a romantic relationship with the father of my girls for more than 10 years. It has not been a rosy relationship, as it is always portrayed on television, but there we go. We have had our ups and downs, like any relationship. We have drifted apart and started over, and although the relationship is no longer the same, I feel that in some ways we have matured. I don't really know what fate has in store for us, but what I can say is that I thank life for having you by my side, because from this relationship my beautiful princesses were born.

And I must confess that at the beginning I did not see myself as a "mom"; that is, having children was not my thing. I wanted to be a single woman with no commitments so that I could travel and get to know Venezuela, participating in scientific events, representing the UNEFM as a researcher. And maybe I would have done it, but suddenly, out of the blue, I wanted to have a family, to form my own family. It wasn't that I didn't like children, it was just that I had always felt that being a parent is a big responsibility and suddenly I wanted to have that experience of being a mom for my life. So we planned to have my beautiful princess who brings joy.

And so it was that on October 22, 2012, Sara Beatriz was born. During the pregnancy everything was fine, with my care and prenatal care with the obstetrician-gynecologist. However, on the day scheduled for the cesarean section, I got very stressed out due to situations beyond my control, causing the baby to lose oxygen for a moment and to have a bowel movement even though she was still inside. I did not know this at the time, but the doctor told me about it later, but in a normal way, so that I would not worry about it.

Months went by and my mom noticed something strange in my baby's behavior. I didn't know, since I was a first-timer, so for me it was normal for her to throw tantrums or to organize things so perfectly; also the fact of moving her hands in a hurry when she was very excited, or behaving closed in new places or with new people. Until my mom suggested that I take her to a neuropediatrician, so that he could check her and rule out anything. The respective studies were done with the specialists and it was determined that my child had a mild ASD type condition, which with the respective therapies and stimuli would give her and us, her parents, the tools to act. This was diagnosed when she was 4 years old.

Sara Beatriz is now 9 years old and she is not only beautiful, but also intelligent and dedicated to her studies. She is still undergoing speech therapy, which has helped her a lot not only in the proper pronunciation of words, but also in attention and memory within the language. Apart from helping her also in the socialization of her emotions.

I also have my other little princess, blessed by God... Samara Elena, who more than 4 years ago suddenly came into our lives, to complement the joy and learning of being parents. Like all children, they are different, and like all sisters, they fight and get back together. I love them dearly.

As for my hobbies or affinities, I would like to tell you that from time to time I like to write short stories and poems. I already have several in my repertoire, so it will be a pleasure to share them with you.

My favorite pet is cats. I have had four or five kittens in my care. The one in the photo I present to you was named Cuzco. He was my pet before I had my girls. After him, I haven't had any more cats. Partly because of my girls, who are still too young to know that sometimes cats don't like to be held by children; and partly because my partner doesn't like cats very much. However, these days a cat arrived from the street and I was surprised that I gave him food and water. Days went by and he kept feeding him, so as a joke I told him that he should name his cat, to my surprise he did and named him Tom. My girls are happy with this new pet.

I love nature, walks, getting to know new places and people. Above all, getting to know the wonders that my state of Falcon and all of Venezuela have to offer. In short, to learn something new every day. To put it into practice and share it with my loved ones.

Among the projects I have in mind, is to continue training to learn to be a cryptocurrency trader. It is a profession that attracts my attention. I know it requires dedication and time to be profitable and lose less and less money. But I like it and I want to achieve it. In the meantime, I keep watching videos and participating in workshops and talks of more experienced traders.

In addition, I want to learn how to prepare fruit preserves and jams to sell. I also want to learn how to prepare medicinal syrups, since nowadays health is the most valuable treasure we can have. In any case, I will be telling you through this medium what I will learn to make and sell, to earn a little money and thus supplement my salary as a Venezuelan teacher.

My expectations about being part of this great community, HIVE, are very high. Above all, to meet new people and share with all of you. I know that I have many things to contribute, to contribute, to collaborate, either with publications or with comments, either in the cures or by participating in contests... in short, I have many expectations and I know that with time they will be fulfilled.

I do not consider myself an expert in this or that topic, but I would like to contribute my vision, my experience in certain topics such as education, the beautiful work of being a mother, the literary arts, adventure tourism, among many other topics that I can think of and that I am passionate about.

As for the media through which I interact the most, I can tell you that I have used social networks more than anything else, as a means of unidirectional information. To be informed of what is happening in my social circle, the country and international news; being more specific: what my friends and like-minded people publish. But this time I want to be a little more active in some of my social networks, expressing myself also through them and it is my desire to share it with you, being reciprocal that communication.
