Hola amigos de hive mi nombre es Víctor Ramones, Tengo 37 años, entreno, mantengo cuerpo y mente sano, actualmente soy t.s.u en ciencias fiscales, dedico mi tiempo a la familia, el empleo, mi mascota y mis entrenamientos.

He estado por años entrenando en un parque por mi cuenta hasta que conocí a compañeros que me guiaron a la calistenia y me parece interesante conocer la comunidad SWC, ya que es una disciplina que se le tiene que dedicar cuerpo y alma en cada ejercicio o rutina que quieras lograr, he conocido varias modalidades como la Freestyle, fuerza y resistencia, entre otros.

Hello friends of hive my name is Victor Ramones, I am 37 years old, I train, I keep body and mind healthy, I am currently a t.s.u in fiscal sciences, I dedicate my time to my family, my job, my pet and my workouts.

I have been training for years in a park on my own until I met colleagues who guided me to calisthenics and I find it interesting to know the SWC community, as it is a discipline that you have to dedicate body and soul in each exercise or routine you want to achieve, I have met several modalities such as Freestyle, strength and endurance, among others.

Por mi parte he entrenado casi toda mi vida algún deporte, pero le tuve y tengo amor a la calistenia, el deporte al aire libre me hace sentir en mi zona de paz y guiar a otros me satisface como persona, y poder ayudar a otros a conocer esta disciplina. He participado en competencias de fuerza y resistencias por 2 años consecutivos, esa adrenalina y la pasión se desbordan al momento de competir, nunca he mi vida me imagine estar compitiendo en esta disciplina y menos a mi edad, siempre digo y mantengo nunca es tarde para hacer lo que te guste o te apasiones.

Quiero seguir entrenando y mejorando cada vez para ir inspirando con mis videos y fotos, que no hay límites para lograr lo que te propones y más cuando le tienes mucho cariño a esta disciplina, demostrando así que cualquiera puede hacerlo sin nada que te limita a realizarlo.

Agradezco al líder de la comunidad Manuel Ramos y a Joscar Mundo por explicarme y darme la oportunidad de formar parte de la comunidad.

For my part I have trained almost all my life some sport, but I had and have love to calisthenics, outdoor sport makes me feel in my zone of peace and guiding others satisfies me as a person, and to help others to know this discipline. I have participated in strength and endurance competitions for 2 consecutive years, that adrenaline and passion overflow when competing, I have never imagined my life to be competing in this discipline and less at my age, I always say and maintain that it is never too late to do what you like or you are passionate about.

I want to continue training and improving every time to inspire with my videos and photos, that there are no limits to achieve what you propose and more when you have a lot of love to this discipline, thus demonstrating that anyone can do it without anything that limits you to do it.
