Definitely gave me some new perspective on CBT. I used DBT for a good while when learning to retrain my brain and manage my thoughts more effectively. The techniques are great to fall back on when we feel our minds taking over. I found DBT to be more "spiritual" and less "psychology" and that resonated with me personally but I do feel like they have a lot of overlap and serve the same purpose. Anyways, as long as we get the message who cares how it got delivered. Much love lady.
