BeeSwap v3 Proposal

For those who are not yet aware of what BeeSwap is, it allows users to trade HIVE and Hive Engine tokens including SWAP.HIVE without the need to move their assets between the two chains. They also aim to be a comprehensive interface for Hive Engine contracts, including pools, markets, and potentially NFTs in the future.
