Yes that is a concern. Yet we wouldn't know for certain if it was due to the illness or due to the vaccine. We do have quite a lot of people that fit that description showing up in the VAERS database.
Things may be easier to know for certain soon. CDC backing off of using the RT-PCR tests might help in making the data more reliable and have a lot less false positives.

As to your bias. We all have bias. I'm not going to call you a bad person because you have bias. Especially when you are willing to have civil discussion. Which you have been doing quite well.
