Is there a law that you can't poop on wildlife in Fla? Or was the arrest for pooping in public?
I think I may have already mentioned one of my favorite authors, who is (was?) a Florida man who wrote about same. Harry Crews. His books are great.

As far as the pooping is concerned. Seeing as how it is florida, it probably happened in a zoo or pet store. :P
