With only one week left, I am experiencing a plateau at 17 pounds, but that's perfectly fine.
I've started running again because the weather is pleasant—talk about a refreshing, dewy morning with a gentle sunrise. Back when I was heavier, I worked out, but that wasn't entirely effective. I didn't care about the food that I ate. I thought I was eating less, but it wasn't good quality food and was actually high in calories.
Logging my food also worked for me over these 11 weeks. It may not work for some people since it can be a little too cumbersome. At this point, I always opt for low-calorie but high-protein foods.
That being said, I typically eat 1200-1600 calories, especially now that my TDEE has dropped due to weight loss. So, you see, after going through such extremes with my food intake, the only way left to go is weight training and adding more intensity to the workout.
If I continue implementing this routine, I'd have only to eat 900 calories/day, which isn't a lot and isn't sustainable. So, I am mostly going with the baseline of 1200 while increasing my workout routine and adding its intensity.
Interestingly, I haven't skipped any workouts these days or felt lazy doing them. Maybe my brain is wired differently now and has been accustomed to learning that a workout is part of my day. So, it happens without much effort and mental strain.
As with reading, I've been reading a lot, and sometimes I read books related to what I am studying, which are cybersecurity and informatics.
Just the other day, I was reading more about the Man in the Middle attack, how to use the Cain & Able program, and how to use Zenmap and its application.
Think about when you use public networks and how you're led to believe you're visiting a legitimate website, but it's just a phishing link. All this knowledge is exciting to me. That's why my studying and reading have been more consistent than in the previous weeks.
Looking ahead in the next 90 days, I will incorporate things like daily Bible reading and learning more about bonds. I find myself getting drawn into government bonds and how they work. I am intrigued by the concept of coupon rate—the interest that is paid throughout the life of the bond. That being said, I suppose 90 days will be enough to help me learn everything there is to know about bonds.
This first 90-day phase mainly was about fixing my mindset, fostering mental toughness, getting more clarity on my life, and feeling comfortable in my skin. So, the next part is all about continuing all the momentum but also putting many things I learned to practice and achieving tangible results, much like I have with my weight loss journey.
I can't emphasize this enough, but seeing things through a 90-day time frame is life-changing. It just works for my brain.
Anyway, see you in the final week, and let's look back on it together soon :)

Gaining weight is as difficult as losing weight :D so good luck! My mom is on the same journey as you are and that is soo challenging. I told her to eat more but she just can't seem to gain weight.
Oh, I hope you can reach your goal. Glad that you are seeing results of your hardwork. 🫶
hehe thank you and yes, my hardwork are paid off a little by little
Learning new things are always exciting. I have jotted down the Cain and Abel programme, I'm curious to know what's all about.
Your weight routine made me think of my friend, she is currently on fasting and can now go three days with food. I try to always cheer her up and spot her progress as she's shedding weight fast.
Nothing beats the feeling of doing something and seeing results. 🙂
It's a password recovery program :) but also for other things.
I am not sure but three days without food is harsh and sounds something that's not sustainable at all. But I can imagine with such calorie restriction, she'd lose the weight extremely fast, could be water, could be fat. And you're such a good friend for motivating her, it's tough journey and be kind to her hehehe
I get scared for her 😂... I stayed six hours without food, I almost died 😂😂. The moment she says I'm started my fast today, I'm already calling and texting lol.
