The frame height is correct for a Mustang II. The frame has been pinched in the middle so the cab will fit down over the frame rails. It looks super low, but it really isn't. It rattles a little under idle due to a really aggressive cam. When he gets at it at all it smooths right out and sounds really nasty. It is a beast.
