Hello 🐝lovely🐝bees🐝! It’s Wednesday 28th October 2020!! ! Happy Hump Day!

Yesterday I went to Gueret which is the biggest town in the department (and where all the main administration for the department is). I am joining a pop up shop run by artisans. I will need to do 5-6 shifts over a 5 week period. It is quite complicated and the shop needs to be completely decorated from scratch as well as all the stock being entered into the computer system. I have to get my stock together, label it and input it in myself.

The meeting lasted about 3 hours or so. Covid obviously makes things difficult. We are not sure what the restrictions will be (there is talk about curfews being extended to 7pm - instead of 9pm - to 6am and lockdown for weekends in the most infected areas. We are not in the “red” areas yet, but I think it is only a matter of time. There are more announcements today). We may not be able to open at all, or we might find that if we do we are unable to trade, or don’t get many customers due to restrictions. We will have to see.

Today, I have my online course for improving my B&B website and a shift in the artisanal shop, in the town we live in. I also want to look at the front door and try to stop it sticking.

In my country it is crazy, one week they allow mobility and the next they restrict it, although there is more flexibility now there are many areas that have not yet started activities.

I hope this is not yours case and You don't have to deal with so many restrictions.

I am fine, thanks to God, at home with the children and working from home giving workshops online.

Restrictions were announced last night, starting tonight. Basically it is lockdown again, although schools are staying open. No travel, and no non-essential shops open for now. I suspect this will go on until after Christmas (although they say at least 2 weeks).

@evev is very talented and I hope the post gets more attention!

What a difficult situation we had to live in this year!!, the confinement in my country started in March, it is still not over, although they already announced that they would give more flexibility to the stores. It's incredible how 8 months have passed since all this began and we still have to wait patiently for everything to pass
