I hate modern corporate customer service, but on the other hand, I recently had to do tech support for my boomer dad. He lost Internet and kept resetting the router/modem to no avail. Turns out he had turned off the wi-fi radio in his computer by accident.

A lot of times when you do updates, settings go back to default, and suddenly things that have worked for a long time stop working it can be frustrating!!
