Greetings HIVERs. its me once again joining the health talks on hive. Health talks is not my forte though but let's see what i am capable blabbing with this topic. Joking aside, "Health is wealth!" as the saying goes, this is really important, not just pursuing money, career growth, luxurious lifestyle etc. Can you enjoy these things without a care for your health? Maybe a bit or more than a bit, or longer than more than a bit, but you see, why shorten the time when you can take good care of your self and be healthy and enjoy what you like in the process.
One good reason to become unhealthy is Stress. When you are expose in stress, it will bring a negative effect to the body that might cause harm to your health. Financial, emotional and others are what i think that can trigger stress.
Can we avoid Stress?
I am not a doctor for this so i cannot give a proper advice regarding this matter but as a normal citizen, i might share some point of views. Stress can be avoided, I think, if you will know the cause and solve it if it is a problem. For example, if you are on a tight budget and needed to buy or pay something, what you should do to solve your problem? Borrow to your friends? sell some organs or assets? loan? You see, there are lots of ways to solve your situation but also giving you another problem in the end, you are just prolonging your problem with what solution you are thinking if you are going to choose to those suggestion above. Yeah it is a solution for a bit but it is just a delaying tactic for it will just shift to another problem later on and if it is like this the stress will still be there. You see, it's really complicated to answer such thing about stress for our world is developing at faster pace and causing to much stressful things in the process.
So we should handle things about stress to avoid or minimize health risk.
How should we do that?
Let's start with understanding your stressors. If you are being in a situation that make you think too much, like having a relationship problem, debt or something else, you might feel agitated or angry for no good reason? you might be on your way being stress so you should check your self and calmly think of what is going on. Prioritizing your self care is another way to keep your self healthy and preventing stress to give a negative effect to it. If you feel your being so tired to what you are doing and thinking, there's no harm doing some relaxation and make you feel refresh and do the things again. Another thing that is too stressing is pushing your self way too much. Just set realistic goals and pursue it. Talk to good people, sometimes expressing your self to others can help minimize your toxicity on something. Just avoid another toxic people. Be physically active. Just think that when you sweat, your stress flowed with it. Check your meal! Be sure that it is not just healthy but you can afford it! Remember, money problem is way too stressful.
As a conclusion, Stress really is part of our daily lives, you just really have to handle it properly to not affect your health and put you on a sickly situation.

Hi! Thank you for sharing your time reading my post. If you are going to ask me if what would i choose between mindfulness and meditation i would choose the latter. As i understand mindfulness is a state that you are being alert and observant with what you are experiencing while in meditation, you just have to clear anything on your mind. So basically, you are getting much more stress in mindfulness rather than meditation. In my personal opinion.
