physical exercises helps me release so much stress and feel more at ease.

After a long day of working tirelessly, a little jogging at night can help clear the minds and reduce the mental stress.

I love gym, but then, i can't actually do it because of the wrist pains i always get. I just sticked to push ups, pulls, jogging and the rest that don't involve lifting metals.

btw, your last photo is really good.

If you can’t lift heavy stuff maybe you should try aerobics , it’s easier.
