You may have seen some memes on social media about how the bone cracks of a middle-aged person when they bend down or do some physical activities. Well, I'm the one; I always laugh when I see such memes. But deep inside I feel sad.
I feel I should be more physically active.
I have shared earlier in one of my posts that having a sedentary lifestyle, it's difficult for me to maintain a physically active life. I do try to walk till the bus stops so I can get some move done. And I do some random free-hand exercises at home. I know that's not enough.
If you search on the web you may have found if not thousands then hundreds of importance of physical activities. So I'm not going to write this post traditionally. Because it's just one search away to know this.
But let's talk about how it impacts in our whole life and would share some personal experiences so we can understand the importance better.
Those who are reading this post now, let's cheer that we have serviced one of the biggest pandemics in the world. Now, as we all serviced we sure learned a lesson or two. Like, how important it is to be physically healthy. For those who got the virus back then and those who did not, we all know that being healthy was our first priority and it should be.
To gain stability in life, being physically active is one of the best things. Yes, people can earn money online, through gaming and trading. But as humans, we all must have a social life. And most of us still do the traditional things to run our life. So I believe, there's no other way but we must be physically active.
Moreover, one thing I need to add for the women out there, take care of your reproductive health. And there's no other way to get the best of it other than having a healthy and physically active life. Even if you are not at a birthing age, the issues that come during the middle age are much more concerning. So be physically active for that reason.
Mental and Emotional Balance
You must heard the saying, 'health is wealth'. The words are simple yet have a deeper meaning. You can look up your life to understand it better.
Remember the day when you were sick, even if it was just a fever; you might realize how helpless you felt inside. Because our mind and emotional regulation are so connected with physics that it's almost impossible to live a mentally sound life without having physical trouble.
I'm not in a position to judge anyone or give many suggestions. Because, I wouldn't lie; I don't follow a very healthy lifestyle and do many physical activities. However, I try to be active by walking, doing house chores, and doing free-hand exercises. That's not enough, I agree, I need to do more.
But what I can tell you from my personal experience is, "Take care of your health when there's still time". Otherwise, your bone will crack like me soon.

We must avoid a sedentary lifestyle, sitting for long hours without moving is bad, we must move continuously to be in shape, some people find it easy, others not so much, it is a matter of daring.
I agree. Doing some movements in between work is good. But many of us can't make it possible. I try my best to walk to the bus spot and do some home workouts. Thanks for your valuable opinion.
Your honesty is so refreshing! 🌟 The humor about "bone cracks" 💀👵 had me nodding (and chuckling!), but your deeper message about resilience post-pandemic 🦠➡️🌈 truly hits home. Love how you balance real talk—walking to bus stops 🚶♀️🚌, house chores as mini-workouts 🧹💪—with vital reminders, especially for women’s health 🩺🌸. That line, “Take care of your health when there’s still time” 🕰️💖? Powerful. Small steps matter, and your journey inspires others to start theirs. Let’s crack fewer bones and more smiles! 😄 Keep glowing, warrior! ✨
Thanks a lot for reading through.
Life is full of business, in between we try to fit in, find humour, and do something for ourselves like work out or even get a nice sleep.
I have passed my prime and I wouldn't lie, I regret that I wasn't serious about many things including my health. I wish no one would do the same mistake.
Thanks for your valuable comment.

Hi @peacefulsoul. I'm visiting here through your nurturing and valuable reflections. Physical activity is movement and any action that represents it is congenial and understood with it. We often err in our considerations, misguidedly assimilating that physical activity is only well represented and executed by complex and extreme physical exertion. We are particularities and each of us has our own rhythm and preferences, the important thing here is that you recognize your tastes and affinities, followed by a healthy routine and I am sure you will savor the benefits and feel gratified by your efforts.
What you express here is physical activity. You may want to increase your actions, increase the distance of your walks and vary the exercises you do, combining them with other activities. Value and recognize your effort, be compassionate, appreciate and appreciate what you do for yourself, that has a lot of value. You can also consider specialized help, which will answer your concerns, as well as guide you, support you and reinforce your confidence.
My thanks for allowing me to grow in shared learning by interacting with your opinions and considerations. Health and Wellness !LUV !LADY !HUG

I needed to hear this, thanks for that. I agree, I often look myself in a bit less generously. It's not that I don't recognise my effort but when I see others doing much it affects my self esteem.
This is not a healthy way to move forward in life, I know. Valuing and recognising our efforts should be our priority. Thanks for adding this. Your valuable opinion means a lot.
