I excelled on making comments and up-voting which is also the area I need improvement. I need to again adjust my up-voting % so that I do not get my hive up-voting mana below 75%. I need to let it recharge. Since I need to let it recharge, I will be missing out on the higher upvote that I could possible give people. Next week, I will be watching this much more closely and adjusting sooner if the need arise.
Until you can earn more tokens to stake both Hive and CTP it would be a good idea to keep your votes between 10 and 20% until you earn more HP and CTP :-)

Once you get to around 500 Hive Power, you are able to use those votes much more effectively.
My week was normal, home, work and family.
For the week my biggest goal is to be happy and in good health above all.
In these times of pandemic where our lives can change at every moment, our main objective should be the health of us and our family.
That is a goal we all are working towards and grateful for!!
My time management was in shambles this week. It was like everything just turned into chaos...and then internet problems over the past two days as well...
But my focus for next week will be on time management to improve my productivity instead of just being busy.
We had similar weeks although I did not have internet issues. I also am going to do a better job with time management :-)

Time can be an issue but sometimes you just have to take care of the little things that go haywire first.

Got back to engage on Noise.cash and it seems things are getting better over there even though I miss the old tipping. But it's ok!
I tried on Torum as well but I don't know...Noise was easier lol
Got a post in besides my Actifit reports so that's also a plus! lol
Still need to manage my time better but got more focused on things, like reading a few pages of Traffic Secrets :)
I'm giving Simpleology for a go and so far it helped a bit, I'm writing down things and complete them so yay!
Hope to finish my little big project from the bigger project that flips tables and destroys keyboards!

Thanks for the heads-up about Noise.cash getting better. After reading this I popped over there for the first time in a while and "liked" a few posts. I was surprised at how big the tips were considering I've done nothing on the platform to build up any credibility with the system recently. Interesting.

Question: I was on Crypto.com looking at Hive. In the description it states, "upcoming Smart Media Token integration" Can anyone share what this means and if it has occurred or when it will occur?

Honestly, I don't see it happening anytime soon...And to be honest, Hive Engine is supplying that for us right now.
Just a way to build a token on top of layer 1, but now it's built on Hive Engine instead of right on hive.
Time was definitely the issue with me. It becomes a little too much when I work long days at my other job.
It is just something I have to deal with. Getting uncomfortable seems to be a frequent thing when I am trying to meet my goals. After this 30 day stretch I am going to assess how much is really reasonable for me.
I am realizing I can't push it like I did when I was a young lad. I don't know if I can keep up with an everyday schedule all the time like I am doing now. But I want to stay consistent. I guess it is all about finding a balance. I am learning a tremendous amount of stuff though.
I think I will make some S.M.A.R.T. goals this weekend
sometimes you need to take a step back and look at things from a different viewpoint for everything to come into focus. The SMART goals may assist you with that. After you create your goals, then looking at bucketing them into three buckets - 1) priority 2) need to do and 3) want to do Then if you need to pull back focus on the first two buckets.
I like the idea of bucketing.

To boil it down to it's essence, this week was bananas go nuts. My eBay sales were not that good because I failed to get up a good amount of listing, but my wholesale sales to other resellers were a record high.
My time management and delegation skills need to improve greatly. So I am working on getting that tighter so I can be more effective both on eBay and Hive. I also need to do a much better job with my email marketing.Sounds like you have your hands full but glad your wholesale sales hit a record high. Hopefully that offset the lower eBay sales.
Thank you for your supportive words. Yes it did help but it eats at me that it could have been better so this weekend I am going to tighten up my processes to see if I can manage a more well rounded week :-)
This next week is going to be about content creation. Specifically, I will get at least 2 livestreams done and posts to go with them. And I will do them on Vimm! I finished the OBS course but I will be going back to ask questions. At least I have ongoing access. I have done pretty well with commenting and curating.
