sometimes you need to take a step back and look at things from a different viewpoint for everything to come into focus. The SMART goals may assist you with that. After you create your goals, then looking at bucketing them into three buckets - 1) priority 2) need to do and 3) want to do Then if you need to pull back focus on the first two buckets.
