I serve Gado-Gado cuisine with great seriousness, knowing that as a man there is absolutely no time to cook, therefore I prepare this food with my younger sister who is very smart in the cooking process in the kitchen. Thanks for sharing this with us chef. Gado gado is a favorite in my household, and my daughters particularly love it. Yours looks full of flavor, and I'd love try it. To keep it 100% #plantbased, you only need to leave out the egg.

PS - Don't forget to share your link within the comments section of the week's PlantBased Cooking Challenge. I missed your entry because of this, but luckily I found it via the #vegan tag.

This is an excellent recipe and well done. I love Gado Gado and learned about it two years ago in Bali. I had the vegan version without the egg and the shrimp chips.
