I'm back here to show you all about pumpkin fruit and some of the benefits of this pumpkin, It's called snake gourd, but it's not venomous because of that name, Lol.
Pumpkin is a fruit that cannot be eaten directly such as bananas, apples, guavas, oranges and many others. Pumpkins must be processed first to be consumed as vegetables as a complement to be eaten with rice.
There are many kinds of pumpkins, and the shapes are very different, and the names are also very many.
Pumpkin has a lot of nutrients and substances that are very beneficial for the body, including calcium, vitamin E, vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin B6, beta carotene, niacin, fat, protein, and potassium, sodium, iron, phosphorus.
Of all that it has special properties for our bodies, and also the sea fruit can prevent it from being a source of disease that will appear.
In some countries even the snake gourd is made as a traditional medicine which is processed into capsules as a herbal medicine that is rich in benefits for the health of our bodies, because the pumpkin is indeed known for its advantages and benefits.
Snake gourd is also very good for fever and can improve digestion and snake gourd can overcome snake diseases and can also prevent intestinal worms.
That's all I can mention some of the benefits of pumpkins like this snake gourd, which is known by its unique name.

I love squash, I have eaten it in different ways of preparation and it is one of my favorite vegetables. This tastes best in a soup or in a salad.... But to be honest, in my country there is not so much variety of squash species and this particular one I have not seen. First time I read about the snake pumpkin, its taste is the same? curious.
