As I have commented in previous articles, there are many benefits that the constant practice of yoga brings us. Personally, my life has changed since I started this practice; Begin to see life from another perspective, without thinking so much about things and enjoying the present. In these times of quarantine, the confinement causes a high level of stress and anxiety, with the minimum daily practice of yoga (20 min), the degree of these can be reduced and the quality of life improved.
Como he contado en los anteriores artículos son muchos los beneficios que nos aporta la práctica constante del yoga. Personalmente me ha cambiado la vida desde que empecé esta práctica; comenzando a ver la vida desde otra perspectiva, a no pensar tanto las cosas y a disfrutar del presente. En estos tiempos de cuarentena, el encierro provoca un alto nivel de estrés y ansiedad, con la mínima práctica de yoga diaria (20 min), se puede reducir el grado de estas y mejorar la calidad de vida.
1- You become more flexible in body and mind.
2- You connect with yourself and learn to listen to your inner voice.
3- You improve your body posture and your posture towards life.
4- You improve your health and your strength.
5- You reduce the stress of your daily life and you can sleep better.
6- You improve your confidence and self-esteem.
7- You focus on the present and learn to enjoy it.
We all have different reasons for wanting to start practicing yoga, it is not necessary to look for a reason, just having the desire and intention to feel better is more than enough.
Classes should be taken as a time that is for you, a gift that you give yourself to connect with yourself and a tool to learn to control and face the problems in your life, but in your own way and in your own time.

3- Mejoras tu postura corporal y tu postura ante la vida.
4- Mejoras tu salud y tu fuerza.
5- Reduces el estrés de tu vida diaria y puedes dormir mejor.
6- Mejoras tu confianza y autoestima.
7- Te enfocas en el presente y aprendes a disfrutarlo.
Todos tenemos diferentes razones para querer empezar a practicar yoga, no es necesario indagar en un motivo, con solo tener ganas y la intención de sentirte mejor es más que suficiente.
Las clases debes tomarla como un tiempo que es para tí, un regalo que te das para conectar contigo y una herramienta para aprender a controlar y lidiar con los problemas de tu vida, pero a tu manera y a tu tiempo.
