Passing through song stages of natural plants which has a very good advantage about relieving human stress, human illness and restoring back full healthy being lifestyle is what we referred to as a natural medicine plants. Although this can be used alone to solve so many problem which will see the response after 2-3 days of usage. Or in the other case you might use it in combination of order leaves to mix it up as a very good combination of order illness as well. And within few hours you said it working as out coming sweat in your body.

The bitter leaf has a lot of advantage even naturally Speaking without mentioning the chemical part of it. I could remember when we were growing up twice in a week we always go fetch the bitter leaf and squeeze the juice from it. After that we had a little pinch of salt and we drink it all this alone works for too much Consumption of starch in the body.

It can also be used directly as green vegetables into soup. I once visited a family friend and when it was time for item 7 ( foodie and merry ) after they brought out the whole package I sniff the soup which was mixed with melon as Vegetable melon soup. I went to my friend's house and I saw this bitter leaf plant which they have been keeping for more than two years now they cut it down and it's a regenerated again after few months. This is also to show they hardly die off totally.

Mere touching the leaves they are very bitter when you taste it with your tongue although we have different taste bud but nevertheless you still feel the bitter taste in your mouth which shows that, the particular plant is full of natural medicine only if you can use it wisely consume it in a very minimal way and also repeat it as it claims.

this is all what you need if you are planning on having a very good delicious delicacy soup which is called Green Bitter leaf soup. And guess what you add several other food ingredients to serve us protein source into the delicious soup such as. Fish, crayfish, intestines, kidney, liver, bushmeat, beefmeat, and other good spices.
