It's hard to not revert to cliche and come up with pretty stilted metaphor when writing about metaphysical stuff like this. I think I did an OK job given that it only went through a few drafts.
It's always great to hear from a fantastic writer like yourself, to reassure me that my confidence in this one wasn't misplaced :)
