Have a delicious day!

For someone who's planning to start on this journey, what will be your advice. Fruits are quite expensive here in our country, and what is the best starter food that we can eat to assimilate our taste buds?
For me personally, fruit is the most powerful staple. I know that they are not easily available to everyone - what generally works great in most locations is bananas. They are usually very affordable and readily available year round. Making smoothies with ripe bananas or freezing them for making nicecream out of it is the most common start into this. You can also start by adding some fresh leafy greens to your cooked dinner, cutting down on any non-vegan foods and avoid processed goods to assimilate your taste buds ;)
Hey thanks for the kind response I think bananas will be a great start - we have one in our backyard and there's a ton of bananas within the community.
Great list you put up there. I'm vegan and I only tried raw vegan for a day. I also like the taste of raw fruits and veggies but I think i need to research a lot in order to thrive in Raw Vegan. But it is a a goal!
That sounds great! As with anything in life, it tastes the right approach to turn it into a sustainable and fully enjoyable lifestyle. Eating enough and focusing on lots of fruits and low-fat meals is probably the biggest key for success on this lifestyle. I share a lot about this on my Instagram account at "rawexpansion" if you are interested to learn more ;)
Im not really active on instagram but still I followed you and I would love to see more of your contents here on Hive or in OG
