Hello friends! Today I come with a questioning of our inner self and how we can solve it.
How many times do we try to avoid thoughts that lead us to emotional instability? I am sure that many times we even turn on the TV and all electronic devices as a distraction to avoid them.
We believe that we cannot always control them, that sometimes even when you want to control your thoughts, the process goes on and on without being able to stop them.
I do not suggest that you stop your thoughts, but that you know that you have the ability to observe them and observe yourself, observing your thoughts, you will find that space, freedom and tranquility that leads us to the depths of our being, it sounds very easy but it is not for those who still have very large barriers, the truth I have found that if we look at what we have inside and we are able to know ourselves we activate our mind in such a powerful way that you will be amazed at what you have been able to do.
Of course, everything is willpower but I highly recommend using nature to help in the process of self-knowledge and activate our mind, if we are not lucky enough to have the sea nearby, lake, river, a forest, a natural park or why not? even the trees in the garden of your house from which to lie down for a while I recommend using lavender to activate our mind; how? I explain it in detail.
To activate the mind
MATERIALS
200 g of lavender in branch
1 liter of water
METHOD:
Boil 200 grams of lavender in the liter of water. After it boils for about 15 minutes, turn it off and let it rest until it is at room temperature, then put the liquid in the refrigerator until it is cold. You should use this preparation only on your head, wet it while you focus on clearing your thoughts, let it drain and finally dry your hair.
I recommend massaging the hair for greater effectiveness and repeat the process during the week as many times as you want, you will notice a great change of vitality, energy, always affirm in positive and activate your mind to believe that everything you want to achieve is possible and you will put everything on your side.

Lavanda para Activar la Mente - 04 Cuidarnos de los tiempos convulsos
¡Hola amigos! Hoy vengo con un cuestionamiento de nuestro yo interno y como podemos solventar.
¿cuantas veces tratamos de evitar pensamientos que nos conducen a la inestabilidad emocional? estoy segura que muchas veces hasta prendemos el televisor y todo aparato electrónico como medio distractor para precisamente evitarlos.
Creemos, que no siempre lo podemos controlar, que a veces aun cuando quieres controlar tus pensamientos, el proceso continúa y continúa sin poder detenerlos.
No sugiero que detengas tus pensamientos, sino que sepas que tienes la capacidad de observarlos y observarte a ti mismo, observando tus pensamientos, encontrarás ese espacio , libertad y tranquilidad que nos conduce a lo mas profundo de nuestro ser, suena muy fácil pero no lo es para los que aún tienen barreras muy grandes, la verdad he comprobado que si miramos lo que tenemos dentro y somos capaces de conocernos activamos nuestra mente de una manera tan poderosa que te vas a asombrar de lo que has sido capaz.
Claro, todo es fuerza de voluntad pero recomiendo ampliamente utilizar la naturaleza para ayudar en ese proceso de autoconocimiento y de activar nuestra mente, si no contamos con la suerte de tener el mar cerca,, lago, río, un bosque, un parque natural o ¿porque no? hasta los arboles del jardín de tu casa del cual recostarnos por ratos les recomiendo utilizar la lavanda para activar nuestra mente; ¿cómo? te lo explico detalladamente.
Para activar a mente
MATERIALES
200 g de lavanda en rama
1 litro de agua
MÉTODO:
Hervir 200 gramos de lavanda en el litro de agua. Luego de que hierva durante unos 15 minutos, apagar y dejar que repose hasta que esté a temperatura ambiente, es allí que deberás introducir el líquido en la nevera hasta que esté frío. Debes usar esta preparación sólo en la cabeza, mojarla mientras te enfocas en aclarar tus pensamientos, dejarla escurrir y finalmente secar el cabello.
Recomiendo masajer el cabello para mayor efectividad y repetir el proceso en la semana cuantas veces desees , notarás un gran cambio de vitalidad, energía, afirma siempre en positivo y activa tu mente para creer que todo lo que quieras lograr es posible y pondrás todo de tu parte.

Lavender is a great plant. I like the idea to use it in a type of ritual that cleanses and balances us. I can see how the benefits of both the plant and the way in which the preparation is applied can really help boost us.
