This way of eating green beans was unknown, however it looks very delicious, since it is basically a fresh dish full of vegetable protein. The addition of chopped onion and lemon is very convenient. I really liked the limitation of the amounts of ingredients, the well explained step by step and some clear photographs. Greetings.


Esta forma de comer los frijoles verdes la desconocía, sin embargo se ve muy deliciosa, ya que básicamente es un plato fresco full de proteína vegetal. La adición de la cebolla picada y el limón es muy conveniente. Me gustó mucho la acotación de las cantidades de ingredientes, el paso a paso bien explicado y unas nítidas fotografías. Saludos.

Exactly, this is the most nutritious way of eating beans. These are basically raw. Onion and cucumber are basically catalyst for protein absorption and lemon juice cuts out extra fat in the body and it tastes amazing. Though it is also consumed with piquant tamarind sauce I will definitely post the same in the coming days.
