Sprouts Salad A Vegan Path to Nutritious Food | Healthy | Simple | Tasty

Hello People,

Welcome to my blog today I am making a very special dish, it is healthy, it is light and it is very simple to make. The dish that I am making purely vegan and super high on protein.

Boiled Sprout Salad.

Sprout salad is totally vegan and high with nutritious value, protein is very high and it is very good for weight loss. The dish is very easy to make and have minimum ingredients that can be found in any domestic kitchen.

Ingredients :-

  • Sprouted beans.
  • One Onion(finely chopped).
  • One Cucumber(finely chopped).
  • One Lemon.
  • Salt.

Now the process.

At First, take pressure cooker and add sprouts, also add very little water and switch the gas to high.

Close the lid and let it cook until one whistle.

The sprouts are now boiled.

Add Salt to taste.

Now add chopped onions and cucumber. Mix it well!!

And the delicious healthy dish is ready to eat.

This way of eating green beans was unknown, however it looks very delicious, since it is basically a fresh dish full of vegetable protein. The addition of chopped onion and lemon is very convenient. I really liked the limitation of the amounts of ingredients, the well explained step by step and some clear photographs. Greetings.


Esta forma de comer los frijoles verdes la desconocía, sin embargo se ve muy deliciosa, ya que básicamente es un plato fresco full de proteína vegetal. La adición de la cebolla picada y el limón es muy conveniente. Me gustó mucho la acotación de las cantidades de ingredientes, el paso a paso bien explicado y unas nítidas fotografías. Saludos.

Exactly, this is the most nutritious way of eating beans. These are basically raw. Onion and cucumber are basically catalyst for protein absorption and lemon juice cuts out extra fat in the body and it tastes amazing. Though it is also consumed with piquant tamarind sauce I will definitely post the same in the coming days.
