My favorite is the Ceylon (sweet) cinnamon variety. It has low coumarin levels, so does not have the potential for damaging your body when eating/using bigger amounts of cinnamon

Yeah. You're exactly right. I'm glad you like Sri Lankan cinnamon variety.
