I will share a natural medicinal plant for them.You can drink basil leaf tea for cold and cough. Many people cannot eat basil leaves just like that. But tea is a favorite drink of many. Many people drink tea just out of habit.

But if this tea can solve your problems then it is not bad. What did friends say? And one such tea to eliminate this problem is basil leaf tea. It has multiple medical powers.
Basil leaf removes toxic tonics from the body and contains lots of antioxidants and caffeine which provide energy to the body's immune system.

Benefits of basil leavesঃ
1.Eliminates respiratory problems, colds, coughs and sinusitis.
2.Fever problem is good.
3.Eliminates digestive problems.
4.Lowers bad cholesterol.
5.Eliminates vision problems including night blindness.
6.Eliminates all problems of teeth and mouth.

Today I will show you how to make basil leaf tea to get rid of cold, cough and shortness of breath.

How to make basil leaf teaঃ

First I washed 20-25 fresh basil leaves with clean water.

Then I put the basil leaves in 2 cups of water in a pan.

I put 1 teaspoon of tea powder in it.

I gave the amount of sugar.

I gave 4 cloves.

Then after making tea on medium heat for 7-8 minutes, I gave one slice of lemon juice. It smells good.

Then I pour it in the cup.

This is how I made basil leaf tea.You can get rid of cold, cough and shortness of breath by drinking basil leaf tea in this way.**

Usage: Drink one cup of Basil leaf tea every morning and afternoon for 7-8 consecutive days. You can stay cold and cough free all winter.

This tea is simple but awesome. I've made many similar drinks in the past, both with and without black tea, either way is good. I like that you included some health benefits along with your recipe as well. In Suriname, basil is not common, so we often use tulsi, a very different flavor, but similar health properties.
