There is an app called Balance that is pretty good. It has really helped me in trying to create a habit of meditating daily. It is by no means perfect, but it is great for beginners.

It is always wonderful to promote meditation,there are also many different types, so usually there is one to suit most people. I think in this day and age we all need to focus more on relaxing our bodies and minds and moving out of this fear mode so many are in.
