Adentrarnos al mundo del yoga es sumergirnos en una búsqueda constante de recordar quienes somos. En este mundo de tantas distracciones es muy fácil salirse del camino de esa búsqueda. Hay que estar muy arraigados y enfocados a la práctica espiritual. A veces yo la pierdo, encontrar la ecuanimidad resulta un reto en estos tiempos pero aún así sigo insistiendo por conseguir ese equilibrio.
Este mudra me gusta mucho yo lo práctico entonando el mantra "OM", pero también puedes realizarlo en compañia del silencio o repetir afirmaciones positivas mentalmente : "Vibró en sintonía con el universo" "Me amo y me perdono", depende de lo que quieras sanar. Aquí les dejo una breve explicación y les invitó a realizar el mudra. Sentirán mucha paz y calma interna.

To enter the world of yoga is to immerse ourselves in a constant search to remember who we are. In this world of so many distractions it is very easy to get out of the way of that search. You have to be deeply rooted and focused on spiritual practice. Sometimes I lose it, finding equanimity is a challenge in these times but still I continue to insist on achieving that balance.
I really like this mudra and I practice it by chanting the "OM" mantra, but you can also do it in the company of silence or mentally repeat positive affirmations: "It vibrated in tune with the universe" "I love and forgive myself", it depends on what you want heal. Here is a brief explanation and invited them to perform the mudra. You will feel a lot of inner peace and calm.

Se conoce como el mudra de la meditación y concentración. La esencia de este mudra reside en vaciar la mente, liberar y purificar nuestro interior, renovando nuestra energía.

It is known as the mudra of meditation and concentration. The essence of this mudra lies in emptying the mind, liberating and purifying our interior, renewing our energy.

  • Como se realiza:

Siéntate en una postura cómoda, en donde haya silencio y colocamos el dorso de la mano derecha sobre la izquierda, formando un cuenco y seguidamente cerramos los ojos. Los dedos pulgares se tocan. El cuenco simbóliza el interior vacío y libre.

  • How it is performed:

Sit in a comfortable posture, where there is silence and we place the back of the right hand over the left, forming a bowl and then we close our eyes. The thumbs touch. The bowl symbolizes the empty and free interior.

  • Beneficios:

•Aumenta la concentración.
•Mejora el foco positivo en el pensamiento.
•Limpia y renueva la energía emocional.
•Despierta la sabiduría interior.

  • Benefits:

• Increases concentration.
• Improves positive focus on >thinking.
• Cleanses and renews emotional >energy.
• Awaken inner wisdom.
