Son muchos los platillos que me encantan sin embargo en esta oportunidad fue que decidirme por 3, estos los escogí ya que son los que preparo en casa y a mi familia les encanta, estos son Pasticho de berenjena, Arroz con pollo y pasta con pollo en salsa.

There are many dishes that I love, however this time I had to decide for 3, I chose these since they are the ones I prepare at home and my family loves it, These are Eggplant Pasticho, chicken rice, and pasta with chicken in sauce.
Arroz con Pollo/Chicken Rice
Este plato es común que lo prepare aunque sea un día en la semana en mi casa, su preparación es sencilla solo deben tener aliños suficiente que realcen el sabor como ajo, cebolla, ajíes y pimentón. Cuando hay una reunión familiar siempre esta presente este platillo en mi casa, ya que es muy rendidor.
This dish is common for me to prepare even one day a week in my house, its preparation is simple, they should only have enough seasonings to enhance the flavor such as garlic, onion, chili peppers and paprika. When there is a family reunion, this dish is always present in my house, since it is very yielding.
Pasticho de Berenjena/Eggplant Pasticho
Soy amante de los vegetales y todos los platos vegetarianos me encantan, la berenjena es un vegetal que utilizo mucho, me encanta la variedad de platos que puedo preparar con ella. Realizarla en pasticho es muy deliciosa, ya que puede llevar carne o pollo si lo desean, pero la protagonista siempre es la berenjena. Agregándole salsa napolitana y bechamel, además de el toque especial del queso mozzarella y parmesano para gratinar.

Para finalizar me encanta la pasta y si va acompañada de un suculento pollo en salsa, es lo máximo. Yo la preparo con un toque especial en el pollo, que es azúcar y albahaca. Dándole un sabor muy agradable. Después que guiso el pollo lo vuelco encima de la pasta y lo uno para que se impregne del sabor. Lo sirvo a mis nietos con queso y pan campesino. Les aseguro que repiten otra ración.
