Hi,
Today I would like to share how to prepare the KETO fried pork with home-made marinade liquor and other ingredients. No oil will be used to fry.
For your info, KETO is a very low carb high fat diet (strictly lower than 10g net carbs a day. I do this Keto diet two weeks a month to maintain my weight of 59 kgs with my height 164cm.
Ingredients
- 750gr raw pork (sliced as above photo.)
- 02 table spoons of marinade liquor (Mei Kwe Lu Chiew). Please see my recipe of this home-made marinade liquor here: https://ecency.com/hive-120586/@alexbb9700/how-i-made-my-asian
- 02 table spoons of fish sauce
- 01 table spoon of roasted sesame oil
- 01 table spoon of dark soy sauce (not light or regular one)
- 03 medium big cloves of garlic
- 01 tea-spoon of organic ground paprika
- 01 table spoon of Stevia Light Drops (sweetener). Please be very careful when you use any other sweeteners due to the weird after-taste. I only highly recommend this brand as my photo above.
- 10gr of ground black pepper
- 01 medium cube of butter 80% fat or ghee
- 250ml of water
How to marinade : Put everything in a large bowl and mix all the ingredients with raw meat evenly in 5 minutes. After that, use a saran (plastic) wrap to cover the bowl and store it in the cool area of the fridge for 03 hours.
How to fry without oil :
- Use a frying pan with large medium-large surface. Turn on the medium fire.
- Melt the butter cube on the pan by shaking lightly the pan to make sure the melted butter evenly on the pan surface.
- Arrange the meat slices on the surface to make sure no slice piling on each other.
- Pour 250ml water into the pan.
- Flip the meat slice side every 5 mins to make sure the meat be cooked well.
- Fry the pork until no more water in the pan. The pork slices are evenly dark brown. The total time of frying is about 25-30 mins.
This pork can be cut into smaller pieces to roll with fresh veggies
All photos are mine. Thank you for reading my recipe. Have a good one!

Hi, got your message about the arrow not working, that's being fixed by end of weekend.
I have found keto diet to be very extreme. I tried it in my college years to get shredded, but I have found that simply following conservation of energy principles - calories in < calories out for a deficit is more important than what amount of carbs you eat.
In-fact, with so few carbs, I was unable to have energy to create a reliable deficit on the keto diet and I had quite a lot of "plumbing" issues at the loo as well.
Thank you @elmerlin . Yea, KETO diet is kinda tough but I lost 20kgs in 3 months thanks to KETO + fasting 16hrs. I don’t recommend KETO as a long term diet due to causing gut problem. I only do KETO when my weight was going up but the best way to lose weight and detoxifying my body is fasting with water.
My friend is struggling with calories intake control but she did lost weight slowly in a year 😃.
