I’m not bery familiar with the way it’s made but what I know is that Mee Pok is an egg noodle. And over here in Singapore, I heard that they add a bit of curry powder which gives it a slightly brighter yellow color compared to the traditional egg noodle 😅.

Hmm or maybe turmeric 😅 flat noodles that I eat just rice flour noodles
I think that's possible, turmeric powder could be a good ingredient to add for aroma & color 😋
