Carrot cake is the biz right? I'm a devotee too and was thinking to make one this week! Something about those rich pumpkin spice falvours, whoesome incredients and GREAT frosting... LOL... is definitely an art form!!

For sure, carrot cake has my vote. I will be coming up with more vegetarian posts, hopefully soon. Been busy outside the HIVE, but things are getting better with regards to time management. :)
