From the picture above, I'm sure you must be curious about what tunacado is? It looks like a sandwich but why is the bread so thin? I will make you very curious about that!
I surfed one of the largest online shopping applications in Indonesia. Then I didn't realize that I had been looking for something absurd for almost 1 hour. Initially I just wanted to find some necessities for cooking food, then I found a unique tool and I thought I needed this.
That's right, it's a tool for baking bread, but it's unusual. Why is that? Because this tool can make thick bread very thin. You know that bread has a cavity that if pressed will make it thinner than its original size. That's the function of this tool, it can make bread thin like crackers that are crispy on the outside.
So, I've bought this tool for a long time and I really want to make something delicious with it. Tunacado. From the name alone it's like two words combined, here it really unites two types of food from nature, Tuna and Avocado. It turns out that both of them when combined will create a taste that is not simple, it is luxury.
Tunacado is indeed suitable for breakfast! Earlier, I made it for breakfast so that I would be strong to face the day with super power. I need quite a lot of energy to be able to carry out my activities smoothly.
Ingredients:
- 2 slices of bread with a width of 12x12
- 1 part of Avocado
- 1 pack of tuna ready to go sandwich
- Olive oil
- Romaine and coriander leaves
How to make:
- First thing first, I made a bread that was grilled at medium temperature, of course by smearing a little oil on the grill so that it doesn't stick. The oil is only for smearing so that the bread is not too oily.
- I have got the toasted bread, very crispy and also textured like thick chips.
- Cut the avocado, it's actually better if you crush it with a fork, then stir it with the tuna. But, I want to try a slightly raw tunacado, I want to see the basic taste, it will be better if mixed with mayonnaise.
- After that, stack it with tuna, lettuce and coriander leaves. Adding cilantro reminds me of the taste of banh mi in Vietnam. It makes it very aromatic, pushing all the flavors to be richer.
- After that, tunacado is ready to be served!
See you the next time hive friends!

Wow, I've never had this combination before coz we normally eat avocado here as dessert or made into smoothie. This kitchen tool turned out to be one of your best picks online. That explains why the bread looks thin with a pattern. Healthy and delicious snack that can also be eaten in the morning. It surely is delicious and something that you can serve at the restaurant.
