There are times when you are very lazy to do anything. Order food online and various other things, but when you are committed to starting a healthy life and eating food from the earth, then you have to make tricks to make everything easier. What will you do? Keep ordering food online from various applications and looking for healthier ones?
As for me, I am certainly very grateful that I still live in a place that can get abundant food from the earth. Indonesia is very rich in the diversity of marine animals and also agricultural products. So many cooking spices such as onions, chilies, lemongrass, and thousands of other spices are very profitable. In fact, we have various simple merchants who sell ready-to-eat spices but not factory products. Unique, right?
For example, like this, I get instant spices for grilling fish. Of course this makes it easier for me, even very practical. This seasoning can grill fish in the oven and only needs to be smeared on the fish that you have cleaned. I used mackerel this time, because it tastes very sweet and has thick flesh.
I smeared the spices on the fish and then baked it for 60 minutes. The result is very good in taste and shape when finished grilled. I add salt and also sweet soy sauce to balance the savory and sweet flavors. This is the seasoning that I like the most.
Why do I like to grill fish like this? In fact, I use a little oil in grilling fish. I only eat the fat from the fish naturally without anything else. It's easy for me who is lazy to cook but wants to get quality food and high protein.
For the dipping sauce, I chose to thinly slice 5 ingredients:
Soy sweet sauce 2 tablespoons
5 pieces of chili
3 shallots
1 lime
Salt
These five ingredients make the taste of my grilled fish very delicious when mixed with warm rice. Nothing can beat the taste of this food. I even often make it because it's easy, often I store this dipping sauce in the refrigerator to be stocked when I want to make grilled fish the next day. It's really easy.
Actually, making food healthier and low fat is really easy. Especially for those who want a calorie deficit and maintain a healthier body. This is seriously the best hack I have, because easy cooking is a must to get more work done.
